   (予約された時点で利用規約 注意事項を了解され た上とさせて頂きます)

・チェックインは原則16～20時　到着が遅れる場合は連絡をお願いします。　　
　チェックアウト10時
・素泊まりで食事提供はありません。備え付けのキッチンで簡単な調理ができます。
　食材と調味料はご持参ください。
　またはテラスでバーベキューができます。(季節の良い１0月頃までの時期のみ）
・バーベキュー用具は持ち込み　食材と調味料はご持参ください。
　火の始末は所定の方法で火事に注意して厳重にしてください。
・直火厳禁　テラスや庭に焼け焦げを作らないようお願いします。
・全館禁煙ですが指定場所のテラスでの喫煙はできます（所定場所厳守でお願いします）
・鍋用の土鍋　カセットコンロは無料　カセットボンベはご持参ください　
　または1本￥200で購入できます。
・薪ストーブ（寒い時期のみ）はオプション料金で利用できます。
（薪ストーブ使用料１回3000円　薪1束付き　追加の薪は１束￥600）
　薪ストーブは使い方の説明を聞いてからご使用ください。
・深夜11:00以降はお静かにお過ごしください。
　大騒ぎ　大音量の音楽　ダンス等振動を起こす事はお控えください。
・ゴミの分別に協力ください。
　BBQの網や発泡スチロール　ペットボトル　瓶　缶　不燃物のゴミは持ち帰り願います。
・火事の危険や庭保護のため焚き火やロケット花火はご遠慮ください（所定場所で手持ち花火はOK）
　テラスや庭に焼け焦げを作らないでください。
・ペット同伴はご遠慮ください。ペットを室内に入れた場合、ハウスクリーニング代を請求します。
・未成年者だけではご利用できません。
　大人数の場合、責任者は20歳以上でルールを全員に伝えてくださるようお願いします。
・庭や森の植物は大切に育てていますので傷つけないようお願いします。。
・植物を痛める恐れがあるので庭でのボール遊びやフリスビー　バトミントン　ロケット花火等は
　ご遠慮ください
・植物を傷めないように　お子様の行動に注意をお願いします。
・利用中におきた事故や怪我、トラブルは当方では一切責任は持てません（自己責任でお願いします）
・事故防止のためお子様などから目を離さないでください。
　転落の恐れがあるのでお子様だけで２階に行かないでください
・崖やマムシ等で　危険なので敷地に隣接する川には降りないでください。
・当施設の備品や植物のお持ち帰りはできません。当施設の建物、備品などは大切にご使用ください。
・誤って建物や備品　植物等を痛めたり　破損、汚染、紛失された場合は、すぐにお申し出ください。
・後から破損、汚染、紛失等が分かった場合も　程度に応じた弁償代を請求させていただきます。
・ご不明点は　お気軽にお尋ねください。

(You will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions and notes when you make a reservation)

・Check-in: 4pm - Check-out: 10am. Check-in is generally between 4pm and 8pm.

If you will be late, please contact us.

・No meals are provided. You can make simple meals in the kitchen. Please bring your own ingredients and seasonings.

You can also have a barbecue on the terrace. (Only available until around October, when the weather is good)

・Please bring your own barbecue equipment and ingredients and seasonings.

Please be careful of fires and use the designated method to put out the fire.

・Open flames are strictly prohibited. Please do not burn the terrace or garden.

・Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, but smoking is permitted on the terrace in designated areas (please strictly adhere to the designated areas)

・Clay pots and portable stoves are free of charge. Please bring your own portable gas cylinders or purchase one for 200 yen each.

・A wood stove (only during the cold season) is available for an optional fee.
(The fee for using the wood stove is 3,000 yen per use, including one bundle of firewood. Additional firewood is 600 yen per bundle.)

Please listen to the instructions on how to use the wood stove before using it.

・Please be quiet after 11:00 p.m. Please refrain from making noise, playing loud music, dancing, or anything that will cause vibrations.

・Please cooperate in separating your garbage. Please take home non-combustible garbage such as BBQ nets, styrofoam, plastic bottles, bottles, cans, etc.

・To prevent fires and protect the gardens, please refrain from lighting bonfires or rocket fireworks. Please do not leave any scorched areas on the terraces or in the gardens.

・Please refrain from bringing pets. If you bring a pet inside, you will be charged a cleaning fee.

・Minors cannot use the facility alone. For large groups, please make sure that the person in charge is over 20 years old and informs everyone of the rules.

・Please do not damage the plants in the garden and forest as they are carefully cultivated. .
・Please refrain from playing ball games, frisbees, badminton, rocket fireworks, etc. in the garden as they may damage the plants.
・Please keep an eye on your children so they do not damage the plants.
・We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or troubles that occur during use (please take responsibility for yourself).
・Please keep an eye on your children to prevent accidents. Do not let children go to the second floor alone as there is a risk of falling.
・Do not go down to the river adjacent to the premises as there are dangers such as cliffs and vipers.
・You may not take away any equipment or plants from this facility. Please use the buildings and equipment of this facility with care.
・If you accidentally damage, break, contaminate, or lose buildings, equipment, plants, etc., please notify us immediately.
・Even if we find out later that something has been broken, contaminated, or lost, we will charge you compensation according to the extent of the damage.
